Lubomir Lekov – Co-founder and member of the Board Lubomir Lekov is a founder, and was a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the internet media company Investor.BG AD. Currently he is member of the Supervisory Board of Investor.bg AD. Lekov had worked as a Head of the department “Capital markets” at “Unionbank” AD (1997-2001). He had also worked as a Portfolio Manager (1994-1996) and an Executive Director (1996-1997) at the Bulgarian Investment Company (an affiliate of the international investment company Interpharos, Luxembourg). Lubomir Lekov has a Masters degree in Computer science from the Technical University of Sofia (1995). He has the legal capacity as a “Stock broker”, due to a certificate, issued by the Shares and stock exchange regulatory commission (1998). He had finished a course as a “Stock exchange broker” at the University of Delawаre Bulgaria, Sofia, (1998) and a course for “Financial analysts” (2000) at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) – Sofia.
Gergana Zlatanova – Co-founder and member of the Board Gergana Zlatanova-Lekova has a Master Degree at the Technical University-Sofia (1997), specializing in Thermotechnics and a PhD in Refrigeration Machinery (2001). She is a co-founder of and managing director of 
INVESTOR.BG (2000), Finance and Administrative Director in the company since year 2003 and Procurator in the years 2011-2013. As such she took part in the first Bulgarian initial public offering /IPO/, was responsible for the the introduction of INVESTOR.BG as a public corporation as well as for the following obligations for transparent information, book-keeping control and regular financial reporting to managers, investor and State control institutions. Gergana was one of the leading figures in the process of emitting company’s securities at the Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia. She has taken part in the process of strategic and investment decision making about the company’s trade and financial counter-party relationship as well as about the management and control of the judicial administration. Gergana Lekova-Zlatanova has acquired a solid administrative experience related to the staff appointment and management. She has graduated with a certificate program at the Open University, GB, as well as a Human Resource Management program at the New Bulgarian University. She has led and taken part in the foundation of the administrative structure of INVESTOR.BG as well as in different staff evaluating systems. Within the company (INVESTOR.BG) Gergana has taken part in the creation and launch of new websites and start up projects. Тилл 2013 she is a CEO of a property investment and management company where she is responsible for the administrative, judicial and book-keeping servicing and control.
Katya Lekova – Member of the Board Member of the Board Katya Lekova has a Master’s degree at the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia. In 1973 she post graduated with a Doctoral thesis in the field of Instrumental Methods of Analysis and Control of various chemical products. Since 1985 she is an Associate Professor of Chemistry in the same field. From 1973 till 1993 was a Head of department “Control and Analysis” at the Research Institute of Chemical Industry, Sofia and since 1996 she is an Associate Professor in Chemistry and English at the Southwestern University in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria between 1996 and 2015. Katya Lekova has participated in various scientific forums at home and abroad, with over 25 papers and posters. She is the author of more than 5O articles and reviews, most of which have been published in international scientific journals. She was editor of the journal associated with the scientific work of specialists from the above-mentioned research institute. From 1993 to 1996 she was the Editor in Chief of the Analytical Laboratory, a journal published by Spectrotech, during this period this journal is refereed among the international journals Abstracts Analytical Abstracts and Chemical Abstracts. Katya Lekova is a member of the Unions of Food and Chemical Industries, as well as a member of the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria. She has got a son, a daughter and four grandchildren.
