Some of the people who had invested in the idea and later – in the project INVESTOR.BG are now contributors at ‘Lekovi’ Foundation together with its founders Lubomir Lekov and Gergana Zlatanova.

Nikolay Martinov

Nikolay Angelov Martinov (born in 1969) was a member of the Board of Directors of INVESTOR.BG. Nikolai Martinov has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Sofia (2004). From 1991 to 1993 he had been a stock broker at the Sofia Stock Exchange. He has the legal capacity as a “Stock broker”, due to a certificate, issued by the Shares and stock exchange regulatory commission. He is a partner and a manager of Yunikom Konsult OOD (1996), a company that held the rights for Finance.News.BG – a financial website, since its foundation in 1997 till 1 March 2003. From 1997 to 2006 he had been a stock broker at Karol AD.

Alexi Andonov

Alexi Petrov Andonov (born in 1972) was a member of the Board of Directors of INVESTOR.BG. Alexi Andonov has graduated from the Budapest Economic University with a specialty in International economic relations and marketing communication. He has certificates as a broker at the Budapest stock and commodity exchanges. Since February 2003, Alexi Andonov has been a deputy chairman of the Bulgarian republic selfgovernment in Hungary. Since March 2001, he has been a chairman of the  Pro Cultura Bulgarica foundation and a member of the Board of directors of the Bulgarian society in Hungary. Since March 1999 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Society for defending the investors in Hungary and since May 2008 – A chairman of the Board of Directors and an Executive director of Vitosha Bulgarian and Hungarian Investment Partnership AD (Budapest).

Philip Pashov

Philip Atanasov Pashov was born on 25 November 1975 in Ukraine. Since October 2004 he is a director of Bulgarian Property Developments Ltd. From April 2003 to May 2004 he was a member of the Board of Directors of BSE-Sofia. From April 2003 to February 2004 he was Head of Real Estate Department in the Invest Bulgaria Agency. From October 1999 to April 2003 Mr. Pashov had worked as a financial analyst at UBS AG – London, UK.

Mariyan Yordanov

Marian Yordanov (born December 17th 1980) is the very first employee of INVESTOR.BG – he has been working there since late 2000 up to now. During these 13 years he has taken different positions within the company – chief forum moderator in Investor.bg website as well as journalist and analyst, editor-in-chief at Start.bg, Director of investor relations, Chief Operations Officer. Mariyan has played a leading role in the launching process of different online projects – Snimka.bg, Netkelner.bg and many more. He was a shareholder in the company with up to 4% of the capital stock and in July 2004 has secured the listing of 8% in INVESTOR.BG’s IPO. Mariyan is married and has two children.
